Warranty on nVent RAYCHEM electric floor systems

STANDARD WARRANTY - 12-year

1. The manufacturer of nVent Thermal* provides a 12-year Total Care warranty on floor heating mats and cables covering the correction of a defect in the heating cable and the restoration of the system's operation, provided they have been properly installed by a qualified electrician**, in accordance with nVent Therm's installation instructionsal.
2. The manufacturer of nVent Thermal* provides a 12-year Total Care warranty on room thermostats that includes replacement of the thermostat with a new one, if properly installed by a qualified electrician**, in accordance with the nVent Therm installation instructionsal.

EXTENDED WARRANTY - 20 years

1. The manufacturer of nVent Thermal* will extend the Total Care warranty on floor heating mats and cables to 20 years, covering the removal of a defect in the heating cable and restoration of the system's operation, if installed by an authorized RAYCHEM PRO*** installer
2. Manufacturer nVent Thermal* will extend the Total Care warranty on the room thermostat to 20 years, which includes replacement of the thermostat with a new one, as long as it was installed by an authorized RAYCHEM PRO*** installer,

Total Care Warranty Terms and Conditions

nVent Thermal* provides a 12-year Total Care Warranty on all of the products listed below, guaranteeing their performance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, provided they have been properly installed by a qualified electrician**, in accordance with nVent Thermal's installation instructions. As a condition for exercising rights under the Warranty, the Warrantee must present the Registration Form completed (stamped) and signed by the qualified electrician who performed the installation, together with a copy of the relevant proof of purchase (invoice or bill), and photographs and/or sketches showing the products in their entirety after installation, but before they are covered with flooring material.

Products:

• T2Blue, T2Black kits QuickNet heating mats,
• T2Red heating cable, T2Red heating system accessories and T2Red mats,
• Reflecta insulation boards,
• SENZ WIFI, NRG-DM, GREEN LEAF, R-TA and R-TC thermostats

("hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Products").

This Warranty is valid from the time of completion of the original installation Product in for all installations made in EU, EFTA and CIS countries.

If it is determined that a defect in the Product has become apparent during the Warranty period, then nVent Thermal:

1. Investigate and confirm that the alleged defect subject to this Warranty actually exists and occurred in the course of proper and normal use and did not arise as a result of accident, misuse, negligence, alteration or improper installation, operation, maintenance, repair or inadequate workmanship by an unqualified electrician or as a result of any other cause not covered by nVent Thermal's liability under this Warranty;
2. Will undertake to remedy the defect by repairing or replacing the Product at its discretion at no additional cost to the Warranty holder. To correct the defect, nVent Thermal must have access to 1 m of floor covering material. nVent Thermal reserves the right to determine the appropriate technical solution to restore the operation of the Products;
3. Will undertake, after repair or replacement, to restore the floor to its condition prior to replacement or repair or, if this is not possible, to an equivalent standard, at no additional cost to the Warrant holder.
4. In the case of the thermostat in provide a new thermostat.

The warranty does not cover

• Installations, changes or repairs that were not performed in accordance with the installation instructions or by an unqualified electrician.
• Products damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, vandalism, fire, lightning, water action, alteration, improper installation, improper floor construction or use of improper materials in or other actions or inaction, if such situation cannot be attributed to nVent Thermal.
• Products in which an unauthorized person: installer, end user or third party; has directly or indirectly, made modifications or changes.

in no event shall nVent Thermal be liable to any entity or person who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, including the Warrantee, for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss or damage to goodwill or increased costs or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary, incurred as a result of any defect in the Products regardless of the cause.

This Warranty is valid on the territory of the Republic of Poland and applies to Products purchased and installed on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Warranty period is 12 years and is calculated from the date of the initial installation of the Product by a qualified electrician. The guarantee is subject to Polish law.

On the territory of the Republic of Poland, the representative of nVent Thermal (Guarantor) is nVent Thermal Polska Sp. featuring.o. , headquartered at Cybernetyki 19 Street, 02-677 Warsaw, tel. 022 33 12 950.

* Guarantor: nVent Thermal Belgium NV, based in 3001 Leuven (Belgium), Romeinse Straat 14.

** Qualified electrician means any person who is duly educated, has the electrical license required by law, specialized in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems, infrastructure and related equipment.

*** RAYCHEM PRO Authorized Installer is authorized to select, sell, install and service nVent RAYCHEM systems manufactured by nVent Thermal.
