How to measure the area under the heating mat?

The heated area of the room under the heating mat should exclude areas of fixed buildings and furniture that stand directly on the floor or other areas under which electric floor heating cannot be installed. Guidelines for calculating square meters:
- Square meters are calculated by multiplying the length (in meters) by the width (in meters) of the area.
- Triangles are squares/rectangles divided diagonally in half.
- If necessary, divide the heated area into smaller squares, rectangles, and/or triangles to calculate the square meters of the entire area.
